Hi Dadda!!
It doesn’t get any better than this. Connor coming home from “school” and just happy to be alive. I have to believe that we all felt that way when we were kids. What happened? Moments like this remind me that happiness is in the smallest little details. We spend too much time waiting for something big to happen that we miss out on the sweetest parts of the life… the moments that make each day unique. I’m fortunate to be a photographer. Every now and then I catch a special moment… either for me or someone else… that perpetually offers a taste of the past and a frozen memory you didn’t know you couldn’t live without.
This picture is perfect!! You forgot to mention that he does not usually dress like that, he had an accident at daycare:)

What’s wrong with what he is wearing? Sweatpants are very comfortable.
I cant get over how much Connor looks like you when you were his age… he is so outgoing and sweet.
Chris, you should be writing books, novels, newspaper articles anything, you have gift.

Is it saying something that Mom referring to my writing when she says I have “a gift?” This is supposed to be a photo blog. Dang. Guess I need to work on the photos.
I guess what I should have said was in addition to being a phenom photographer you should also be writing! And I guess you are?!
